Regional and Division newsletter editors around the country have been asked to let members know that your ScaleRAILS is on its way. Please do not think NMRA has fallen back into some of the problems of the past. That is not the case at all.
This issue has the once-per-year election and reporting that made this issue bigger than normal. The printer had some difficulty with it, but the largest delay came at the Post Office. Someone determined that there was a problem with the bulk rate paperwork and had to consult with someone elsewhere in the country.
I'm told next month's issue will be on time. It will be its normal size and high quality.
