The Great Train Expo will be on February 3 and 4, 2007, at the MidAmerica Center, One Arena Way, Council Bluffs, Iowa. Admission is $7 for adults, children twelve and under are free with a paid adult. The Division's HO module group will not be setting up this time around.
Our monthly meeting will be on February 10 at the Sump Memorial Library, Papillion, Nebraska. Mark Erickson will be presenting a clinic on scenicking a module. No business meeting will be held this month. Please see the Monthly Meetings page for more details and a map. The Lincoln Area Model Railroad Club is holding a show on February 17 and 18 in Lincoln, Nebraska. The HO Module group will be setting up. Hours are Saturday, 9am to 5pm and Sunday, 10am to 4pm. The show will be held at the Ag Hall, Nebraska State Fair Grounds, Lincoln, NE. Admission is $6 for adults, seniors $5 and children with paid adult are free. All Regional officers' positions are open for election this year. Richard Napper needs to receive a 200-word (or less) biography and which office you'd like to run for NO LATER than June 1, 2007. Requirements: - Membership in good standing with the NMRA, at the Associate's level or higher.
- Lives within Regional boundaries.
- Able to attend two Regional Board meetings a year, usually in January and during the summer, usually at the annual Convention.
