I've finally gotten control of the site back, and I'm working on updating things. I sincerely apologize for the delay.

I have upgraded the site to the newest version of Joomla, so this sort of problem won't happen again. Fortunately, nothing on the site was damaged as far as I can tell - only the admin password was reset.
